Seven-Eleven, FamilyMart, and Lawson carry a small but useful range of OTC medicines. Look for the medicine aisle near the register.

Reading Japanese Medicine Packaging

Most convenience store medicines are labeled in Japanese. Use Google Translate's camera mode to scan the label. Key words to look for:
